Sale Prices

Sale prices are calculated by dividing the total price of a property by it's area in m². Wherever too many apartments are physically located too close together, we take the median price of the clustered apartments. The points you see on the map vary in color:

  • ⚬ from green (cheaper €/m²)
  • ⚬ to red (more expensive €/m²)

Rent Prices

Rent prices are calculated by dividing the monthly rent of a property by it's area in m². Wherever too many apartments are physically located too close together, we take the median price of the clustered apartments. The points you see on the map vary in color:

  • ⚬ from green (cheaper €/m²)
  • ⚬ to red (more expensive €/m²)

Price-to-Rent Ratios

"The price-to-rent ratio is a measure of the relative affordability of renting and buying in a given housing market" [source] The points you see on the map vary in color:

  • ⚬ from green (lower ratio, indicates a place is more favourable to homebuyers)
  • ⚬ to red (higher ratio, indicates a place is more favourable to renters)
